Insulating Cone and Washer for Sale:
These carbon fiber cones and washers will electrically insulate your wheels from your axle. These are required to be intact and in use on all NARCOA excursions to prevent grade crossing signals from activating.

Each kit includes the following parts:
One insulating cone
One insulating washer
