Alternator Mounting Bracket for Sale:

This bracket is used to mount an alternator to an RQ (or similar sized) engine. The bracket is bolted to the crankshaft oil seal casting using the existing studs and nuts on the engine (longer studs may need to be inserted into the engine to get enough thread engagement, every engine is different). This bracket is for the right side of the engine and requires the left mounting bracket (060-8712), an alternator mounting bracket (060-8715) or a generator mounting bracket (060-8716) to mount the alternator. Pair these brackets with our adjuster bracket (060-8713) to mount your alternator or generator to your 2-cycle engine.
